Its such a lovely day.. Its so cool and yet so warm..
the skies have been beaming all the day when the clouds finally decided to melt-down..
It was so enticing and I couldn't resist going to the balcony and cherish the nature's gift..
Wow! What a lovely sight.. the clouds have been very generous..
the aroma from my cup of hot-tea was alluring with the scent of rain..
I took a sip moving a bit forward letting the drizzles touch my face..
the drops were so icy and it made me feel very fresh.. i was so engulfed in the scene around me..
the silver beads were glistening in the rays of light..
the greens had a new colour and they were shining like a bride on her wedding day..
For sometime i could not see anything but rain.. I had forgotten all my other chores and concerns.. It was just me and the cool silver drops that were caressing my face..
Donno how long i stood that way.. then i was brought back to this world by a shrill sound..
it was a lil kid who was playing within the confinements of her house' walls.. Could see the longing in her eyes to reach out and just jump in the rain.. i just let my eyes roam around the surroundings.. all i cud see was buildings, buildings and a lot of them.. had a sudden cramp inside my stomach and i wondered how far we have doped this lovely place that we have got to live-in..
the nature is so generous even after our selfish-follies but its time we return back its self-less love..
Again i held my face in rain and its caring touch dint fail to make me feel light again.. I let myself lost for a few more moments before i resumed my normal chores.. Its such a lovely day!

Very picturseque imagery .. Mmm... thats "the Monsoon".. Dark clouds .Reverberating thunder. with lighting striking the earth violently.. and long awaited rain arrives. The woods will be covered with a fresh green canopy. The Moon will once again get back her long lost mirror as rivers will be replenished with the heavenly nectar...

A girl , bearing the torch of these flashes and escorted by the rumbles of sky , rushes to meet his lover.And people isolated from their dear ones, sit gazing the clouds, thinking about their loved ones... Truly this season unites the divided...

Well written. I could sense the feelings, Mother Nature always soothes us. I feel frustrated for the amount of damage we have done to nature in the name of development.
